National Arts Festival for Children is on!

Nothing big planned for the week between 13th and 27th of March, 2011? Then grab your kids or school class and head to the National Arts Festival for children in Wellington.

The festival reaches and engages children from all nationalities and backgrounds, and emphasises the value of seeing children grow up to have an appreciation for all aspects of the cultural capital.

This year’s festival features fantastic circus acts, musical buckwhips, the Giggles, puppetry, hilarious windy works of music, a whale of a tale, captivating visual arts performance, some cheeky sailors and a magical chess game – something for everyone!
