As part of National Library Week, Manakau School in Levin participated in the National Co-ordinated Activity, ‘New Zealand’s Biggest Storytime’.

Manakau School’s guest reader was librarian Rosalie Blake. She captivated the audience with the reading of the book Itiiti’s Gift.

Ms Blake then followed this up with a question and answer time. She also spoke about reading aloud to an audience.
